Tracey Berry, Senior Business Analyst

Anderson, CA

Before Tracey came to Aeries in 2019, she was an Aeries Administrator and CALPADS Coordinator for a small high school district. Now, as a Business Analyst, her day-to-day is a “dynamic blend of activities”, as she says. She collaborates with stakeholders and developers, gathers requirements about current features, and provides recommendations for improvement. Her team recognizes that efficiency allows educators to spend more time on teaching, and less time on paperwork.
Tracey loves being customer-centric. “ I love meeting our extended Eagle family every chance I get. From our annual conferences to User Groups and Roundtable discussions, I can better understand their daily lives and struggles for a better overall product. I also get to form lifelong friendships!”
When she’s not helping customers out, Tracey enjoys spending time with her horse and husband. Plus, she’s guided by her favorite quote, “Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway”!

Brandon Usher, Integration Engineer

Valley Center, California

Brandon, an Integration Engineer in the Integrations Department, has been with Aeries since 2021. His Integration Department contributes to student success by making sure that vendors and products that a District uses for instruction contains the latest copy of their data, which then prevents friction in students learning.
“I love being vibrantly innovative! It helps promote creative thinking and problem solving.”
In his free time, you can find Brandon playing video games such as Final Fantasty 14, as well as doing programming on personal projects like a Discord Bot. And if he’s not doing either of those? You’ll probably catch him enjoying a great movie!

Dimithri has been a part of the Sales & Marketing Division at Aeries since 2022. As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, he supports all Aeries staff with events, marketing needs.
